Apply for tutoring

• The child must be assessed by a psychologist 

• The psychologist's report must state that the child has dyslexia

• A current psycho-educational report for the child needs to be submitted to our office

• The CD2 Admission Application must be completed and submitted to our office

• The psycho-educational report and Application for  Admission form will be evaluated by our Tutor Trainer/Supervisor to ensure that your child will benefit from Orton-Gillingham Tutoring

• Once the evaluation is complete, your child will be placed on our waitlist until a tutor is available to begin tutoring
